Cool beans. I'm so happy for you, that's AWESOME!:)

Jerry's a 100% example of class with a capital "Cla". I think I might start tagging all of my Golden Age Batman entries out here (and there'll be some) with "Unca Jerry" the way I tag the Shatner and Nimoy ones Unca Bill and Unca Lenny.

Jerry is a true legend and a true gentleman and it was great meeting him.

Check out the snap with the "Nancy" from EVIL DEAD: THE MUSICAL - *right up yer alley* lamb-chop...

I saw him, and I thought maybe it was him, but I wasn't sure.

That convention needs better signage. Most people don't know what the guests look like. I saw some with home-made signs, but not everyone did that. Besides, it looks a bit tacky.

You look very happy. As well you should :)

Something I will gladly pass along to the folks at Paradise.

Actually, I'm sure Kev has just read both of our responses - see that Kev?

You are correct sir. I have. Signage is an ongoing concern of mine and was something hammered into me as being problem by many attendees of this year's convention.

Luckily the lines were short enough that if you walked by the front you would have seen an older gentlemen sitting at a table with prints of Golden Age Jerry Robinson artwork and a smaller table printout that read Jerry Robinson. So I think it would have been safe to assume that he was Jerry Robinson.

Someone was supposed to tape those printouts up behind the tables and obviously didn't. Yes, they should have been larger so they would be visible across the room. I'm aware of that.

I had a feeling you'd catch that pretty quick.

Is Con-Lag (akin to jet-lag) an actual expression, or have I just coined it?

Looks like you had a great time. :)

I was kicking around thoughts of going, but since they didn't have a masquerade, I decided against. ^_^;

Actually, Sunday was free-admission-with-costume.

They may be bringing back the masquerade next year.

We still have to get together face to face sometime, lady.

Actually, Sunday was free-admission-with-costume.

Poo! That was the most underpromoted deal of the century then. It didn't appear on any of the costuming or fandom lists that I frequent or run.
Double poop!

They may be bringing back the masquerade next year.

That would be decent indeed. Hopefully it will be better promoted than the free costume day. *sigh*

We still have to get together face to face sometime, lady.

Indeed. :)

Knowing that Kevin reads his LJ Friends List fairly closely, I'll just say that one of the Con's chief organizers has seen your complaint and it'll be dealt with in the upcoming show. He's really responsive to things like that, and it's recognising the glitches and where when and how they occurred that makes them less likely to happen again.

Yes - face time. We *have* to do this now (if only to swap Malcolm stories at some point).
